For over a decade, Stephanie Ballesteros has been helping hundreds of men, women and children learn to live healthier lives. Her fitness journey started early on in high school, evolved through college,  and flourished while training for triathlons and Spartan races. 

 

However, Stephanie’s passion for helping people is not new. She has a background in psychology and social work, a close-knit, loving family with three equally active children, and personal training clients that have followed her through state-side moves and complicated challenges like the coronavirus pandemic.

 

As Stephanie has grown alongside her clients two things have become abundantly clear. The first thing, exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand to together create healthier, happier lifestyles. And the second, fighting past comfort zones and trying new things can create extremely fulfilling experiences.

Nutrition hit Stephanie like an epiphany. Adjusting diets for better overall well-being makes a world of difference and, as a personal trainer, being able to apply that knowledge to help her clients achieve their fitness goals became a game-changer.

Stephanie’s entrance to boxing was the total body workout she fell in love with. Initially nervous to try the sport, Stephanie fell hard and fast, and has since fought in exhibitions (with a sanction fight coming in 2021) and hasn’t stopped since. 

 

She’s been blessed to be surrounded with talented and supportive coaches. She’s always had encouragement along her personal exercise journey and that’s what she strives to provide for her clients. 

 

That’s how “In Your Corner” was born. Because that’s where she is, for all her clients, in their corner and committed to helping them achieve whatever their fitness, boxing, or nutrition goals may be.
